As a passionate and dedicated Junior Research Fellow, I am driven by my insatiable curiosity and desire to make a positive impact on the environment. In February 2022, I achieved a significant milestone by clearing the UGC NET-JRF, which opened the door to my pursuit of higher studies. Currently, I am actively engaged in pursuing my Ph.D. in Waste Management, a field that has always fascinated me for its potential to address one of the most pressing global challenges – sustainable waste management. My Ph.D. journey has been enriched by the prestigious UGC fellowship, which has provided invaluable support and encouragement to delve deep into my research. Throughout this endeavor, I have honed my research skills, conducted extensive literature reviews, and designed innovative methodologies to tackle waste-related issues. Being a Junior Research Fellow has not only exposed me to the rigors of academia but has also instilled in me a profound sense of responsibility towards contributing to the advancement of knowledge in my chosen domain. I am dedicated to leveraging my research insights to develop sustainable waste management solutions that can contribute to a cleaner and greener world.

Our primary aim was to measure passengers' satisfaction as they traversed through both domestic and international airports using an innovative application software. Daily interactions with over 40 passengers allowed me to gain a deep understanding of their needs and concerns.
